1. The subject of the contract is motor insurance for vehicles of State Administration Units.
2. Appendix 1 to the SWZ contains a list of Units covered by the contract.
3. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract are specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
4. The detailed manner of implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract.

5. The Purchaser does not allow submission of partial offers.
6. The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL up to 50% of the value of the basic contract.
7. The Contracting Authority does not provide for an electronic auction referred to in Articles 227 to 238 of the PPL
8. The contracting authority shall not allow the submission of variant bids within the meaning of Article 92(1) of the PPL.
9. The contracting authority does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement referred to in Articles 311 to 315 of the PPL.
10. The Contracting Authority does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings.
11. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of offers in the form of electronic catalogues or the attachment of electronic catalogues to the offer.
12. The Contractor joining the proceedings is obliged to pay a security in the amount of: PLN 450,000.00 (in words: four hundred fifty thousand zlotys 00/100).
13. The Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
