Framework Agreement for the batch supply of supply materials necessary for the implementation of the door-to-door collection model in the municipalities of the Vallès Occidental consortium.

The consortium will sign a contractual document with the winner of each lot. Based on the aforementioned contractual documents, the consortium municipalities that are interested in supplying the products that motivate this Framework Agreement, and that have joined the consortium's contracting center for the supply of materials and services in the process of Implementation of the door-to-door collection model in the municipalities of Vallès Occidental, may directly award their contracts derived from supply with the winners of the two lots for the unit prices offered by the bidders in this tender, charged to their respective budgets.
