Preventive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance of DGA Aeronautical Techniques' pressurized oil generation and distribution test facilities and associated services
The center of the Directorate General of Armament – Aeronautical Techniques (hereinafter "DGA-TA") operates various test means using hydraulic pressure generation facilities.
These installations are composed of means supplying a distribution network (so-called fixed power plants) and mobile means (power plant, pumps, exchangers, etc.). Maintaining these facilities in operational condition requires preventive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance operations. The scope of this Framework Agreement does not include batteries.
The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out preventive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance of DGA Aeronautical Techniques' pressurized oil generation and distribution test facilities and related services.

This draft contract is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L 2324-1, L 2324-3, R 2324-1, R 2324-3, R 2361-1, R 2361-8 to R 2361-12 of the Public Procurement Code.

In application of Articles R 2362-1 to R 2362-8 of the Public Procurement Code, this is a composite framework agreement comprising follow-up contracts and purchase orders, as well as a firm share.
Payment by acquisition card will be implemented under the conditions of Article R 2392-13 of the Public Procurement Code.
