We are asking for an offer on a framework contract for financing the acquisition of ICT material by Business College Helsinki, a company run by Helsinki Business College Oy and its subsidiary. Helsinki Business College Oy wants to promote the economics of procurement, cost efficiency, life cycle management and financial predictability. The purpose of the acquisition is the Leasing Financing of ICT Equipment and the provision of their Life Cycle Management Services under the terms defined in the Framework Agreement for a period of three (3) + one (1) (option) years.

The contract covers the following activities or services:

Rental equipment registry and reporting service

Packaging, safe emptying, recycling services and related ancillary services for outgoing equipment. The framework agreement covers the financing of laptops, the rental equipment registry and reporting service, as well as the packaging of expired equipment, secure emptying and recycling services.

The framework agreement covers the financing of laptops, the rental equipment registry and reporting service, as well as the packaging, safe emptying, and recycling services of ancillary equipment and related services.

The number of laptops to be funded in 2019 is 1,200. The number of laptops to be funded in 2020 is 1,600. The number of laptops to be funded in 2021 is 2,400. The number of laptops to be funded in 2022 is 2,400.

Laptop computers are available for 18 month, 24 month or 36 months financial services. Helsinki Business College Oy is not responsible for the number of machines it finances, but the figures are indicative and may change due to changes in operations.
