The purpose of the tender is to contract one tenderer who will guide the contracting authority in the new construction of two Integral Child Centres (IKC) with childcare in one building with a separate sports facility from the planning phase up to and including the delivery and aftercare. Redevelopment of the public space green and the optimization of traffic safety in and around the area are also part of the assignment. Activities performed by the tenderer are overall project management, contract management, management and quality management.
