The procurement relates to Customer Service 1st line. Customer service 1st line's mission is to receive and handle questions, comments, complaints and sales of tickets.

The assignment includes receiving cases on the phone, via chat, direct message in social media and physically in the Customer Center. The customer center is Västtrafik's physical meeting place for the personal customer meeting and the purchase of tickets. Västtrafik will designate a premises for the Channel Customer Center where the supplier will be the tenant.
