Planning services for property planning according to HOAI part 3, section 1, § 34 buildings and interiors, LPH 1-9
The aim of the city of Lauenburg/Elbe is to preserve the municipal castle building as an administrative seat and thus also to ensure the use and maintenance of the cultural monument in the long term. The castle building itself is a brick building built at the beginning of the 18th century on predecessor buildings from the 16th century, and is a listed building. It is part of the palace and princely garden under monument law, and a cultural asset of national importance.
The considerable renovation backlog since the last renovation measures in the 1990s, the dilapidated building fabric, static problems, fire protection requirements and the lack of accessibility of the building urgently require a comprehensive renovation concept to preserve the monument. Numerous modern installations conceal the structures of the construction period and existing structural damage. As a result, excavations and subsequent numerous restoration investigations are necessary.
The outdated technical equipment and, above all, the inadequate building equipment in the area of technical supply and disposal systems also urgently need improvements.
The building has a gross floor area of 1,526m². The estimated costs of the overall measures for KG 100-700 in 2021 amount to approx. € 4.9 million gross.
For this purpose, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition, which cover the performance profile of object planning buildings and interiors according to HOAI, and have implemented similar measures in the past. The work phases 1-9 are to be processed. The assignment will take place in stages. The client reserves the right to award only a part of the basic services from the aforementioned service profiles.
