The Contractor will be responsible for supporting the hardware of two data centers at the IT department and one data center at Fontys Hogeschool ICT. Support is understood to mean support on the hardware and support on the system and supporting software and licenses.

The Contractor is willing and able to:

- Provide hardware and software support on the components mentioned in the price sheet (see Appendix C Price Sheet).

- Provide hardware and software support on any components still to be purchased.

- Getting components in and out of support.

In addition to the hardware support, the VM-ware support also falls under the scope of this assignment.
