An ordinary procedure above the Community threshold is launched aimed at identifying a contractor for the stipulation of a Framework Agreement without subsequent competitive comparison (pursuant to Article 54 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 50/16) of engineering and architectural services in the special sectors to be awarded through the OEPV criterion identified on the basis of the best value for money, pursuant to art. 60, and 95 of Legislative Decree 50/16 and art. 1 of Legislative Decree no. 76/2020.

Pursuant to art. 58 of Legislative Decree 50/16 all communications relating to this procedure will be managed through a special electronic platform on the RES portal

The object of the contract consists, in summary, in the inspection, monitoring and safety assessment of the works of art of the regional railway network under the responsibility of the FER SRL Infrastructure Manager. The services will be entrusted with the issuance of subsequent Application Contracts in the form of supply orders.
