With the present open procurement procedure, the client Kliniken Dritter Orden gGmbH intends to procure IT-Wägen and is looking for a contractor within the framework of this tender for the delivery and, if necessary, maintenance and servicing of the IT wagons.

The present award procedure is carried out by the client Kliniken Dritter Orden gGmbH.

With this invitation to tender, the client pursues the goal of concluding a framework agreement with a contractor for the supply of IT vehicles for its Klinikum Dritte Orden München-Nymphenburg.

The evaluation of the test position is carried out by an evaluation committee, which is formed by technical and medical employees of the client.

The minimum requirements for IT weighing and other specifications are set out in the Service Description document under Section 2 "Requirements for the subject matter of the service" in conjunction with the criteria catalogue. The bidder must take into account various mandatory and evaluation criteria in the areas of wagons, mobility requirements, modular design, workplace, hygiene, monitor requirements, miscellaneous, service hardware, service software, PC and energy management. The minimum purchase quantity of the IT weighings required by the customer amounts to the following quantity (see table on page 2 of the service description):
