The subject of the contract is "Acceptance and management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, biodegradable waste for 2020":
Part I: Acceptance and management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 to RIPOK (municipal installation) for the western region resulting from the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the voivodeship Masovian covering the Przasnysz poviat,
II part: Acceptance and management of biodegradable waste with code 20 02 01 to RIPOK (municipal installation) for the western region for the Mazowieckie voivodship including the Przasnysz poviat,
Part III: Acceptance and management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste with the code 20 03 01 to RIPOK (municipal installation)) for the eastern region for the Mazowieckie voivodship including the Przasnysz poviat,
IV part: Adoption of biodegradable waste management with code 20 02 01 to RIPOK for reg. eastern for the Mazowieckie voivodeship.
Acceptance and management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste with the code 20 03 01 for the regional municipal waste treatment installation (municipal installation) for the western region resulting from the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie voivodship including communes from the Przasnysz poviat.
The estimated amount of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste to be managed throughout the entire duration of the contract is about 7,000 Mg. This waste comes from communes from the Przasnysz poviat.
Acceptance of waste for development can only take place through a waste treatment installation having the status of a Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation (municipal installation) belonging to the western region resulting from the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodship covering municipalities from the Przasnysz Poviat in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling or recovery and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in accordance with the Act of 13.9.1996 "on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Communes" (Journal of Laws 2018.1454 i.e.) and the applicable Provincial Waste Management Plan adopted by the Resolution of the Assembly of the Mazowieckie Voivodship.
Waste for installation will be delivered by the Employer.
Acceptance and management of biodegradable waste with code 20 02 01 to the regional municipal waste treatment installation (municipal installation) for the western region resulting from the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie voivodship including communes from the Przasnysz poviat.
The amount of biodegradable waste expected to be managed throughout the entire duration of the contract is about 600 Mg. This waste comes from communes from the Przasnysz poviat.
Acceptance of waste for development can only take place through a waste treatment installation having the status of a Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation (municipal installation) belonging to the western region resulting from the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodship covering municipalities from the Przasnysz Poviat in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling or recovery and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in accordance with the Act of 13.9.1996 "on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Communes" (Journal of Laws 2018.1454 i.e.) and the voivodship waste management plan adopted by resolution of the Mazowieckie Voivodship Seym.
