The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task: Secrets of military underground - modernization and expansion of the exhibition of the Underground City of Osówka. The project of modernization and extension of the underground exhibition of the city of "Osówka" as part of the project "Secrets of military underground" aims to diversify and enrich the attractiveness of the underground route while maintaining the most important value, which are themselves underground. The creation of additional stands is only to complement the substantive and sensational attractions of the underground route. The stands were designed in such places and in such a way as not to cover the most interesting places of the underground in any case.

The project of modernization and expansion of the underground exhibition of the city of "Osówka" as part of the project "Secrets of military underground" aims to diversify and enrich the attractiveness of the underground route while maintaining the most important value, which is the underground itself. The creation of additional stands is only to complement the substantive and sensational attractions of the underground route. The stands were designed in such places and in such a way as not to cover the most interesting places of the underground in any case.

All content in the designed positions, both multimedia and graphic, should be adapted to presentations in three languages: Polish, English and Czech.

The underground route is open 7 days a week from 10am to 6pm, with an assumed cycle of group entries every 15 minutes on average. The groups are guided by guides, therefore a position service system is provided that is switched on by the guide using a tablet or remote control. Each station should have a control system that allows turning ON and OFF with ONE remote control all stations. The Employer requires a minimum of eight pilots operating in the system.

The exhibition is planned to use various types of multimedia devices. The basic display devices will be monitors and multimedia projectors. To ensure appropriate visual experience, it will be necessary to use professional and dedicated equipment for museum applications. These devices must have brightness and resolution adapted to the conditions prevailing in the object. It is envisaged to use PC-class computers in a housing enabling installation in places easily accessible for service, and at the same time inaccessible to visitors. Audio wall columns will be installed in the space where the audio emission is planned.

All the arrangement elements were designed from materials that match the nature of the underground route, the materials from which they will be made must meet the requirements for the humid environment of the underground route. All devices should meet IP 65 protection level, or be in a housing with IP 65 protection rating.

Implementation of the exhibition should include a 5-year warranty period. All materials and equipment used to implement the project should meet all the requirements arising from applicable law (they should have current approvals, attestations, declarations of conformity, certificates). The contractor must submit relevant documents describing the technical parameters, certificates required by law and other documents allowing the materials and devices to be used.
