1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of the Ordering Party. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the names and locations of facilities, forecasted demand for electricity during the term of the contract, types of tariffs, contractual capacity, place of delivery and necessary data to conclude the contract is included in Annex 2a to the SWZ.

2. The values indicated in Annex 2a to the SWZ are estimated values, which does not reflect the real or declared use of electricity during the term of the contract and in no case may be the basis for any claims on the part of the Contractor. The actual settlements will take place on the basis of current indications of metering and settlement systems for the supply of electricity in accordance with the Contractor's offer.

3. The Parties agree that within the limits of Article 455 of the Public Procurement Law and at the request of the Contracting Authority – during the performance of the contract – after the planned Modernization of the power supply supply to the Multi-Specialist Hospital

in accordance with the Annexes to SWZ
