Drawing up an ‘Omgevingsvergunning’, including plans, in accordance with the ‘Omgevingsvergunningsdecreet’, the ‘Uitvoeringsbesluiten’ and the ‘Normenboek’.

Drafting of ‘permis unique’ request for a a wind farm (classe 1 or 2), excluding a NEIE.

Drafting of an environmental impact assessment for a wind project in agricultural zone.

Drafting of an environmental impact assessment for a wind project in forested zone.

Drafting of an environmental impact assessment for a wind project in industrial zone.

Drafting of an ‘Notice d'évaluation des incidences sur l'environnement’ for a wind project.

The ‘Projectevaluatie’ can be requested by the client when starting up a new project site. The ‘Projectevaluatie’ has to do with:

— qualitatively identify the primary, site-specific project risks,

— project-specific identification of the necessary parts of the permit application and procedures for obtaining a permit (impact studies, procedures, deviation requests and associated deadlines).

A ‘Natuurstudie’ with the scope as determined in the decision support tool of the INBO. Any observations as input for the "Natuurstudie" are offered as an option.

Drawing up a ‘MER-ontheffing’ in accordance with the manuals of the MER team with regards to the environmental impact assessment in general and the wind energy activity group in particular.
