1. The subject of the contract is the integration of HIS, EDM, RIS/PACS domain systems used in SP ZOZ in Brzesko with the Regional Platform as part of the project entitled "Małopolska Medical Information System (MSIM)"

3. The subject of the contract is the integration of domain systems functioning at the Contracting Authority with the MSIM Regional Platform, under which the Contractor: 3.1. will deliver and launch (delivery, installation, configuration) integration interface(s) in the Ordering Party's IT infrastructure in a virtualized platform, 3.2. grant an indefinite license for software: integration interface(s), 3.3. provide 60 months of author's supervision, 3.4. will carry out the integration of domain systems owned by the Ordering Party: HIS System – AMMS by ASSECO Poland, EDM Repository - AMMS by ASSECO Poland, RIS/PACS Infinitt system by ResQmed with MSIM Regional Platform.
