Description:
Successive collection and management of waste code 19 12 04 — plastic and rubber produced at the Waste Management Plant in Lulków.

The subject of the order is the successive collection and development, in the process of recovery or recycling, of waste code 19 12 04 — plastic and rubber, produced at the Waste Management Plant in Lulków.

The offered method of waste management must comply with the applicable legal provisions and recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699).

Estimated amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract, i.e. from the date of signing the contract to 31.12.2023.

The subject of the order is the successive collection and management, in the process of recovery or recycling, of waste code 19 12 04 — Plastics and rubber, produced at the Waste Management Plant in Lulków.

The offered method of waste management must comply with the applicable legal provisions and recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699).

The estimated amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract, i.e. from the date of signing the contract, i.e. from 02.01.2023 to 31.12.2023, will be 5,500 Mg.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste envisaged for management, which does not result in withdrawal from the contract or change of its terms.

Waste is generated in the process of manual and automatic segregation from municipal waste (from group 20) and packaging waste (from group 15). In the waste code 19 12 04 there may be inclusions in the form of metals, glass.

The waste will be prepared by the Ordering Party for bulk collection, without prior balding.

The average weight of 1 m3 of waste with code 19 12 04 covered by the contract is about 0.14 -0.22 Mg. This is an indicative value used by the Contractor to calculate costs.

Collection of waste will take place from Monday to Friday from 6.00 to 15.30 in the amount specified in the sales order sent by e-mail or phone to the Contractor's representative. The amount of waste to be collected will be reported at least one day in advance. The Ordering Party reserves the right, after prior agreement with the Contractor, to indicate other dates and hours of collection.

Waste collection will be from the premises of the Waste Management Plant in Lulkowo, Lulkowo 12a, 62-200 Gniezno. Loading of waste is the responsibility of the Ordering Party. Weighing of waste collected by the Contractor will take place on the Legalized Scale of the Ordering Party, located in the Ordering Party's plant and will be confirmed by a weighing receipt. These documents will constitute the sole basis for determining the amount of waste collected between the Ordering Party and the Contractor.

The Contractor and the Ordering Party are obliged to keep records of waste and report in accordance with the requirements set out in generally applicable laws.

The Contractor, after each month of performing the service, is obliged to provide a statement on the method of waste management, with an indication of the recovery process specified in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste.

The Contractor is obliged to indicate in the contract the installation in which the collected waste will be subjected to the recovery process.
