On behalf of the Warnow Water and Wastewater Association (WWAV), Nordwasser GmbH operates the Ticino wastewater treatment plant (approx. 5,000 p.e.) as a wastewater treatment plant that no longer corresponds to the state of the art. Ventilated pond sewage treatment plants of this size, which are fed with municipal waste water, are not able to generate stable cleaning services all year round. The residual emissions in the drain are considerable with reference to the water-relevant parameters COD, NH4-N and Pges. These emissions are problematic against the background of compliance with the European Water Framework Directive. Therefore, and due to the looming increase in the degree of connection, Nordwasser GmbH is planning the new construction of the wastewater treatment plant in spatial relation to the existing location.

In the course of the planning services to be commissioned here, further planning is to be provided in phases up to and including LPH 8 for the corresponding service profiles on the basis of the preliminary planning.

The planning services are to be provided by a planner who is responsible for the general planning of the new wastewater treatment plant that can be approved.

For the new construction of the wastewater treatment plant, planning services of the HOAI service phases (LPH) 2 and up to 8 are to be offered in stages as general planning services.

Due to the change in the property situation after the preliminary planning, the existing preliminary planning must be revised for the time being. The already dimensioned plant components are to be located on the new property taking into account the technological aspects and the changed boundary conditions. Therefore, LPH 2 is only to be provided on a pro rata basis in accordance with Appendix 8.2.
