This contract includes maintenance works as well as road works and various networks. Located on the sector of the city of Clayes-sous-Bois, the work may also concern:

- punctual renovation of the components of the road network (partial rehabilitation of pavements and sidewalks, pavement repairs, occasional renovation of stairs, occasional scouring and subsidence, punctual recovery of small islands and curbs, repairs potholes, ...),

- works to improve the public domain (minor road improvements: creation of speed bumps, reorganization of sidewalks, development of parking spaces including 2 wheels, creation of island, redevelopment roundabout, upgrading bus stops and crosswalks ...).

The construction sites can thus be made up of occasional interventions of small quantities.

Market form: to purchase orders with minimum and maximum.

Award of a single market.

Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of 1 year, from 4.11.2019 until 3.11.2020.

Total amount of benefits for the initial period of the framework agreement (same amount for each renewal period):

- minimum of EUR 50,000.00,

- maximum of EUR 200,000.00
