Provision of all necessary property planning services for the construction of a new comprehensive school with four trains in the middle school (SEK I) and two trains in the upper secondary level (sek II) with an option to expand the SEK II area to three trains including a three-field sports hall for school and club sports with the basic services according to Annex 10 to § 34 HOAI, special services and consulting services

The contract is subject to planning services of work phases 1 - 9 according to the fee scale for architects and engineers of 01.01.2021 (HOAI), which are required for the new construction of the comprehensive school including a three-field sports hall. These are:

- Object planning services for buildings and interiors (§ 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI), as well as

- other consulting services and special services.
