The purpose of this consultation is to carry out diagnostic missions of wet networks and conduits relating to the heritage of the SPLA-IN Aix-Marseille-Provence and the public spaces for which it will be the project manager.

This contract is a multi-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of Articles L.2125-1 1° and R.2162-1 to R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The services covered by the framework agreement are divided into 5 missions: - Mission 1: Diagnosis and search for leaks on the underground and rainwater networks of a building. - Mission 2 - Diagnosis and search for leaks on all underground and vertical networks of a building. - Mission 3 - Diagnosis and search for leaks on all wet networks of a building. - Mission 4 - Diagnosis and search for leaks on wet networks in public spaces. - Mission 5 - Video inspection of ventilation or smoke evacuation ducts. Two (2) successful tenderers will be appointed, subject to a sufficient number of tenders, for this framework agreement to meet the needs of SPLA-IN AMP. This framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value of benefits. The maximum amount in value of the services is set at 280,000 euros excluding VAT over the total duration of the framework agreement.
