The Departmental Council of Ille-et-Vilaine (Contracting Authority) in partnership with the municipalities and communities of municipalities wishes to carry out preliminary studies relating to the project for the all-tonnage crossing from La Vilaine to Port de Roche.In this context, the Department of Ille-et-Vilaine wishes to equip itself with a project management assistant in order to:- contribute to the choice and validation of the consultation process- administratively and legally secure the Conduct of studies (preliminary studies and environmental assessment files), including any deliberations, in order to obtain the necessary administrative authorisations,- ensure the legal and administrative security of regulatory files,- ensure the legal and administrative security of the public inquiry procedure, including the related deliberations
