Supply of Taxi Services to North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust for transport of staff, patients, documents, laboratory samples and medications and other persons or items associated with the Trust.

The procurement and subsequent contract will be split into the following Lots according to the geographical area in which services are required:

Lot 1 — Taxi Services for North Tees University Hospital.

Lot 2 — Taxi Services for Hartlepool University Hospital.

The Trust is seeking 24 month contract with an option to extend at the discretion of the contracting authority for a further 2 periods of 12 months each.

Taxi Services journeys commencing from TS19 8PE (Stockton-on-Tees).

Taxi Services journeys commencing at TS24 9AH (Hartlepool).
