Description:
EU-wide tender for waste management services for the Rhein-Kreis Neuss

The total performance is awarded in seven lots:

- lot 1: recovery of the mechanically (-biologically) treated fraction (ASN 19 12 12),

- Lot 2: recovery of the mechanically (-biologically) treated fraction (ASN 19 12 12),

- Lot 3: utilization of the mechanically (-biologically) treated fraction (ASN 19 12 12 and 20 03 01),

- Lot 4: utilization of the mechanically (-biologically) treated fraction (ASN 19 12 12 and 20 03 01),

- Lot 5: recovery of FE / NE metals,

- Lot 6: recovery of green waste (ASN 20 02 01),

- Lot 7: recovery of green waste (ASN 20 02 01).

Note: Lots 1 and 2, 3 and 4 as well as 6 and 7 are each pure lot lots with the same performance content, which are each evaluated in a common scoring matrix.


Utilization of the mechanically (-biologically) treated fraction (ASN 19 12 12)

In lot 1, the following main services are to be provided:

- Acceptance of waste at the WSAA Neuss,

- transport of waste for recovery (possibly after further treatment),

- Utilization of waste (including disposal of contained contaminants).

In lot 2, the following services are essentially to be provided:

- Acceptance of waste at the WSAA Neuss,

- transport of waste for recovery (possibly after further treatment),

- Utilization of waste (including disposal of contained contaminants).

In lot 3 the following services are essentially to be provided:

Recycling of green waste (ASN 20 02 01)

In lot 6 the following services are essentially to be provided:

- take over the waste at the composting plant Korschenbroich,

- transport of waste for recovery (possibly after further treatment),

- Utilization of waste (including disposal of contained contaminants).

In lot 7, the following main services have to be provided:

- take over the waste at the composting plant Korschenbroich,

- transport of waste for recovery (possibly after further treatment),
