Part 1 – Deliveries of dairy products to the Recipient in the town (garrison) of Olsztyn.The subject of the contract is "Deliveries of dairy products to the Recipient in the town (garrison) of Olsztyn", hereinafter referred to as foodstuffs or products, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract included in Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference (PDF), in the total amount of 28,210 units, including the basic order of 8,463 units.
Part 2 - Deliveries of dairy products to the Recipient in the town (garrison) of Lidzbark Warmiński.The subject of the contract is "Deliveries of dairy products to the Recipient in the town (garrison) of Lidzbark Warmiński", hereinafter referred to as foodstuffs or products, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract included in Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference (PDF), in the total amount of 13,710 units, including the basic order of 4,113 units.
Part 3 - Deliveries of dairy products to the Recipient in the town (garrison) of Lipowiec, Szczytno district.The subject of the contract is "Deliveries of dairy products to the Recipient in the town (garrison) of Lipowiec, Szczytno district" hereinafter referred to as foodstuffs or products, according to the description of the subject of the contract included in Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference (PDF), in the total amount of 15,290 units, including the basic order of 4,587 units.
Part 4 - Deliveries of dairy products to the Recipient in the town (garrison) of Ciechanów.The subject of the contract is "Deliveries of dairy products to the Recipient in the town (garrison) of Ciechanów", hereinafter referred to as foodstuffs or products, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract included in Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference (PDF), in the total amount of 23,940 units, including the basic order of 7,182 units.
Part 5 - Deliveries of dairy products to the Recipient in the town (garrison) of Przasnysz.The subject of the contract is "Deliveries of dairy products to the Recipient in the town (garrison) of Przasnysz", hereinafter referred to as foodstuffs or products, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract included in Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference (PDF), in the total amount of 18,990 units, including the basic order of 5,697 units.
