The object of the order is to receive and use the municipal waste from properties located within the City and Municipality of Olkusz, where the inhabitants reside, in a way that ensures the adequate level of recycling and preparation for re-entry is achieved the use of municipal waste, excluding non-hazardous construction and demolition waste constituting waste and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage.

Waste collection equipment: containers, containers and bags intended for the collection of mixed and segregated municipal waste, which will be set up at waste collection sites indicated by the Contracting Authority or transferred to property owners, shall be provided by the Contractor.

The object of the order is to receive and use the municipal waste from properties located within the City and Municipality of Olkusz, where the inhabitants reside, in a way that ensures the adequate level of recycling and preparation for re-entry is achieved the use of municipal waste, excluding non-hazardous construction and demolition waste constituting waste and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities and with implementing provisions issued on the basis of the law, the existing resolution of the Sejmik of the Małopolskie Voivodeship on the implementation of the “Waste Management Plan of the Małopolskie Voivodeship”, the applicable provisions of local law, i.e. the resolution of the Olkusz Municipal Council on the case Regulations of maintenance of cleanliness and order in the City and Municipality of Olkusz and on the detailed manner and scope of the provision of services for the collection of municipal waste from property owners and the development of such waste.
