A service consisting in the ongoing support of the Ordering Party's communication team in the field of PR activities and a service consisting in mediating in the purchase of: space in foreign and domestic press in order to publish, for example, informational, promotional or advertising publications, which will be developed by the publisher of the press title in cooperation with representatives of the Contractor and the Ordering Party; space on foreign or domestic Internet portals on business or converging with individual activities of the Ordering Party, in order to publish publications of an informative, promotional or advertising nature, which will be developed by the publisher of the Internet portal in cooperation with representatives of the Contractor and the Ordering Party; advertising space on outdoor media (billboards, citylights, murals, large-format grids, digital outdoor, etc.); advertising services in social networks on which Zamawi

1.The award of a contract may be applied for by economic operators who:

1.1. the following shall not be excluded:

1.1.1. pursuant to Article 108(1) of the PPL Act,

1.1.2. pursuant to Article 7 sec. 1 of the Act of 13 April 2022 on special solutions in the field of counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and protecting national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835)
