United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust issued an Invitation to Tender in connection with the competitive procurement of Lincolnshire Admission Avoidance (AA), Discharge Support (DS) and Urgent Care Response (UCR) Service to be delivered by a Hospitals Admissions Avoidance Response Team (HART). This service contract was offered with a maximum prospective budget of £1,134,516.00 per annum. This service contract is for a maximum potential duration of 5 years, 3 years with an option to extend for 2 years further, in line with the procurement commercial schedules.
The service and contract will commence on the 01 April 2022 to 31 March 2025 for the term of 3 years with an option to extend for up to 2 years (12 or 24 months).
