The subject of the contract is the design and construction of the Humanities building on the Campus of the University of Bialystok along with technical infrastructure, parking lots and land development. The detailed subject of the contract is specified in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) together with the functional and spatial concept, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract.

The subject of the Order is:

a) designing – i.e. developing – in accordance with the regulations (in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program) – a complete Design Documentation for an investment project consisting in the construction of the Humanities Building on the University Campus together with the necessary infrastructure, in all industries, with technical and executive designs, bills of quantities, cost estimates, with the required arrangements, permits. Preparation of an application for a building permit and obtaining a building permit on its basis on behalf of the Ordering Party. The basis for the preparation of project documentation is the functional and utility concept attached to the Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter PFU).

b) construction – i.e. execution, on the basis of design documentation approved by the Ordering Party for the above-mentioned investment task, construction works related to the construction of the Building together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure, to the extent enabling obtaining, in accordance with the provisions of the construction law, this PFU, a permit to use the objects covered by the investment.

c) ensuring author's supervision – i.e. performing author's supervision by designers (authors of projects) throughout the duration of the investment, in particular through: participation of designers in visits to the construction site, entries in the construction log, verification of as-built documentation in terms of its compliance with the actual execution of works. Verification of the documentation will be confirmed by a statement of the designers – authors of the project, attached to the as-built documentation.
