"Construction of the S10 Szczecin – Piła road on the section end of the Stargard bypass – the beginning of the Piła bypass (with the "Koszyce" node) excluding the bypass of Wałcz, section 5, the "Cybowo" node (with the interchange) – the Łowicz Wałecki node (without the interchange)"

As part of the subject of the contract, the contractor will be obliged to perform design services and construction works in accordance with Polish law, in particular with technical and construction regulations, regulations on independent technical functions in construction and regulations on products and materials used in construction.

The subject of the Order is:

"Construction of the S10 Szczecin – Piła road on the section end of the Stargard bypass – the beginning of the Piła bypass (with the "Koszyce" node) excluding the bypass of Wałcz, section 5, the "Cybowo" node (with the interchange) – the Łowicz Wałecki node (without the interchange)"

The scope of the task includes in particular:

1. development of project documentation and obtaining a ZRD decision,

2. construction of an expressway,

3. road junctions Cybowo and Kalisz Pomorski,

4. Service areas for travellers,

5. Maintenance circuit,

6. reconstruction of existing roads in the scope of collision with the expressway,

7. construction of roads other than expressways, including changes in the route of existing roads,

8. construction of additional roadways,

9. construction and/or reconstruction of infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists,

10. emergency crossings and emergency entrances to the expressway,

11. technological belts,

12. engineering structures along the expressway and along the roads intersecting with the expressway,

13. land drainage system,

14. environmental protection equipment,

15. removal from the construction site and disposal of any identified plants that are invasive alien species,

16. removal from the construction site and utilization of waste identified in the previously developed documentation,

17. infrastructure for the needs of expressway facilities,

18. reconstruction of conflicting equipment and existing network,

19. demolition of buildings and structures, demolition of road elements, culverts and others,

20. teletechnical network for the needs of the Ordering Party,

21. road lighting,

22. traffic organisation, including road safety equipment,

23. cleaning and clearing existing drainage equipment and receivers,

24. works resulting from the need to connect the section to the existing communication system,

25. Traffic Management System,

26. Strengthening the subsoil and ensuring the stability of slopes.

The Contracting Authority reserves the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks, i.e. the surface of the main route, including the manufacture and incorporation and execution of the remaining layers of the surface structure above the native soil (excavation) or embankment (embankment), excluding the supply of materials and services.

Total estimated order of magnitude of contract value above €20,000,000.
