the consultation initiated aims at the conclusion of a framework agreement with a single-awarding purchase order, as regulated by Articles R2162-1 and following the Public Procurement Code (CPC).

The Framework Agreement is single-awardee purchase orders for a mission of detection and georeferencing of networks on the ERBM cities of the CAHC and Cabbalr sectors.

The Framework Agreement is broken down into six (6) lots, each corresponding to geographical sectors in which the service provider will be responsible for carrying out the missions referred to above on one or more development operations.

In the absence of renewal, for each of the sectors (or lot), it will be a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum amount but with a maximum amount of 100,000 euros HT over 12 months
