the draft framework agreement ensures the supply of self-supporting and modular metal buildings anchored to the ground for the stationing of military aircraft, including the supply of spare parts and mounting accessories. These buildings will be used to house fighter jets when parked on an aeronautical platform. They shall be designed in such a way that aircraft can circulate with engines switched on.
This structure is intended to be used in the event of deployments and redeployments in metropolitan France and in the various external theaters of operations.
It must meet well-defined technical requirements and constraints:
-Be quickly and easily implemented by a minimum of human and material resources, especially without lifting equipment;
-Have the smallest possible logistical footprint;
-Be transportable by air, sea, rail and road;
-The Footprint shall not exceed the width of twenty (20) meters;
-Provide a concrete floor anchoring means;
-Equipped with an electrical cabinet inside the structure;
This framework agreement is concluded according to the negotiated procedure with advertising and prior call for competition in accordance with the provisions applicable to defence or security contracts of Articles L.2324-1, R.2324-1, R2324-3, R.2361-8 to R2361-12 of the Public Order Code (Ccp).
The Framework Agreement is single-awarded and is executed through the issuance of subsequent contracts and purchase orders.
