The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, acquisition and retraction of timber and maintenance of forest facilities and Forest Nursery, to be carried out in the area of Wielbark Forest District in the year 2022.
