The purpose of this framework agreement is the missions of MOE relating to the infrastructures to be carried out on the territory of Valenciennes Métropole in the fields of linear works, roads, urban development, networks and Vrd.

Pursuant to Articles R2162-2, R2162-7 to R2162-15 of the Public Order Code, subsequent contracts will be awarded on the basis of this framework agreement, after an organized call for competition between the holders of the framework agreement.
