The assignment to be put out to tender is defined as follows: filling in flexible work on request from ROC van Twente in the field of teaching staff in scale LB and LC, education support staff up to scale eleven and invigilators. This concerns both (short) replacement, such as during pregnancy or illness, as well as regular questions for which no own employees can or cannot be deployed. Payrolling is not part of the assignment.

The scope of the assignment is all the necessary flexible work in the field of teaching staff, education support staff and invigilators for ROC van Twente. In 2018, the total turnover of this amounted to approximately EUR 230,000 excluding VAT. The invigilator's turnover amounted to approximately EUR 115,000 excluding VAT. In the past, the turnover of educational support staff amounted to only a small part of the total spend.
