The City of Hasselt wishes to put together a pool of audiovisual and image producers, each of whom can be engaged on demand for various audiovisual assignments. These assignments are always carried out at the request of the Communication Department, which monitors the corporate identity and brand identity of the city of Hasselt. The design assignments vary in terms of time spent: from a few hours to a number of days.

The assignment is divided into 3 following lots:

Lot 1: photography (portraits/atmospheric images, events and food/travel)

Lot 2: Product and collection photography

Lot 3: videography

For the promotion of our organization, our services, our urban activities and events and tourism offer, we are looking for photography partners with strategic insight and creative talent.

The following specialisms are covered: portraits/atmospheric images, events and food/travel.

For photographing collection items from the Museums, Library, etc.. we are looking for specialized collection photographers to be photographed according to strict quality standards.

To promote our organization and our services, we are looking for video partners with strategic insight and creative talent who have experience with:

- Creating scripts and scripts for short and long videos.

- Professional recording, editing and finishing of videos.

- Processing voice-over and subtitles in videos. Translations are not part of this assignment.

- Exporting videos to the most common international standard formats so that the videos can be played on social media, websites, international trade fairs, ..., worldwide.
