The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a contract for the support of the ordnance disposal service (KMBD) Saxony in the search for and recovery of munitions and their temporary storage at the premises of the contractor.
It is a framework agreement with a maximum of three contractors without a call-off obligation with a minimum term of 2 years and an optional extension option of two additional 1 year (maximum 4 years).
The order is placed depending on the available capacity, depending on the amount of time, scheduled or open. There is no provision for a minimum number of contracts, nor any entitlement of the framework contractors to them.
The performance is not divided into lots.

The contract partners are used under the guidance and control of the KMBD Saxony.
Required proof of suitability (excerpt from the evaluation form, all required proofs are only named in the specification of benefits and in Appendices 1 and 2):
- Certified proof of permission to handle explosive substances according to § 7 of the Explosives Act (SprengG),
- Proof of knowledge for work in contaminated areas (eg technical courses according to DGUV Rule 101-004) in one of the clearing house managers or squad leaders listed in Annex 2 by the tenderer,
- proof of liability insurance,
- Proof of accident insurance or affiliation to a professional association,
- current excerpt from the professional or commercial register.
