Description:
Schrobenhausen Hospital - Structural improvement - MEP planning MED (ALG 7) - LPH 1-9

Schrobenhausen Hospital - Structural improvement - Services of MEP planning MED (ALG 7) according to § 55 HOAI - Work phases 1-9

The district hospital Schrobenhausen is a house of basic and standard care with 150 planned beds, of which around 135 are currently in operation.

The range of services currently covers the specialist areas of internal medicine, urology, acute geriatrics, general and visceral surgery, trauma surgery and orthopaedics, anaesthesiology and operative intensive care medicine as well as semi-stationary hemodialysis.

The house was built in the 1930s and has since been rebuilt and expanded several times. Overall, the structural condition is inconsistent and partly inadequate. There are structural and operational deficits.

In order to ensure the future security of the district hospital, the hospital is to be further developed into a modern healthcare provider. In order to master future challenges, such as the difficult personnel situation and cost pressure, the focus will also be on digitization. This applies both with regard to the technical equipment (telemedicine, intelligent automatic diagnostic technology) and the process optimization of operational processes.

In order to achieve these goals, bed capacities are to be increased to 150 (including 10 planned beds). According to the current state of knowledge, these are divided as follows: general care 3 x 30 beds, optional service 1 x 10 beds, transition care 2 x 10 beds, ICU/IMC 1 x 10 beds, geriatrics 2 x 20 beds.

An initial investigation of structural and structural weaknesses revealed a space deficit of approx. 2,000 m² usable area, with a target usable area of approx. 11,600 m². The structural and structural deficits are to be eliminated by conversions, replacement buildings and/or new buildings.

According to the current state of knowledge, the following functional positions are to be processed:

emergency room, clinical outpatient clinics, clinical medical service, functional diagnostics, interconventional intervention centre, laboratory diagnostics, operating zone, prosecture, general care, intensive care, geriatrics care, day clinic dialysis, service facilities, pastoral care and social service, staff food supply, staff changing rooms, on-call service, hospital management (administration, IT, archive, library), supply and disposal (logistics, sterile supply, bed preparation, Food supply, laundry supply, maintenance and repair, recyclable material separation and waste disposal, cleaning and transport service) and radiological practice.

This requires property and specialist planning services.

Based on the results of a target planning, it is planned to submit the application for inclusion in an annual hospital construction program according to KHG / BayKrG by the end of 2023.
