This notice relates to a work operation relating to the development of public spaces in the La Crestade eco-neighborhood located in the municipality of Hyères. The work operation is the subject of four separate lots:

- lot n ° 1: demolition work - earthworks - VRD - curbs - flooring and public lighting;

- lot 2: green spaces - watering;

- lot 3: street furniture;

- lot nº 4: buried containers.

This lot concerns demolition work, earthworks - roads and various networks - floor covering - borders and lighting relating to the development of public spaces in the La Crestade eco-neighborhood in the municipality of Hyères. This lot will also be responsible for the work to eliminate the risk of exposure to lead. The work will focus on:

- general services;

- operations to locate existing networks;

- demolition and earthworks;

- pavement, curbs and surfacing;

- wet network works (rainwater, wastewater, drinking water, raw water, sprinkling);

- dry network works;

- lighting works;

- signaling works;

- Civil engineering / masonry work.

This lot concerns the planting and watering works for the development of public spaces in the La Crestade eco-neighborhood in the municipality of Hyères. The works relate to: site installation necessary for the work of this lot and preparatory work. The earth movements necessary for the establishment of general platforms in green spaces from the soil delivered at -30 by lot 1. Temporary repairs linked to the work in this lot. The protection of works executed and received from other lots to which the company holding this lot owes services. Planting and watering works. The rehabilitation of works at the operating limit. Emergence upgrades as soon as necessary. Reception works. Cleaning and maintenance during the works and after the works. The file of the works executed. This list is not exhaustive.

This lot relates to the work for the installation of street furniture and includes: site installation necessary for the work of this lot and preparatory work. The earth movements necessary for the establishment of general platforms under furniture. Temporary repairs related to the work in this lot. The protection of works executed and received from other lots to which the company holding this lot owes services. The supply and installation of natural stone elements in Kanfanar limestone. The supply and installation of urban, playful and sporting furniture. The rehabilitation of works at the operating limit. Reception works. Cleaning and maintenance during the works and after the works. The file of the works executed. This list is not exhaustive.

The work of laying buried containers includes:

- the realization of earthworks of the pits necessary for the installation of the containers, with installation of clean concrete and draining materials;

- handling and placing containers;

- backfilling around the perimeter necessary for the proper maintenance of the containers;

- the containers will be supplied by the contracting authority.
