The contract is divided into two lots.

Lot No. 1 includes the conclusion of a lease agreement for the Jira and Confluence licenses with a term of 36 months.

Lot No. 2 includes the conclusion of a TAM contract with a term of 12 months with an option to extend the contract twice by 12 months, as well as the conversion of the existing licenses to data center licenses and the conversion of the existing asset management in Jira.

The Emmendingen billing center uses the Jira software from the manufacturer Atlassian as well as associated apps. From 01.01.2024, Atlassian will only provide support for data center licenses and apps in the rental model. The existing licenses must be transferred to Datacenter licenses. The service for this is part of Lot No. 2. Lot No. 1 exclusively includes the conclusion of the rental agreement for the Jira licenses from 01.01.2024 for a period of 36 months.

1. Conclusion of a Technical Account Management Agreement (TAM contract) for the Jira product to support the internal application team with a term of 12 months.

2. Support in the conversion of existing server licenses to data center licenses.

3. Support for the conversion of existing asset management in Jira
