The subject of this contract is: supply of electricity for MPK – Łódź Spółka z o.o., to the facilities of the Ordering Party indicated in Annexes 2B, 7B and 7C to SWZ. The supply of electricity will take place under the conditions specified in the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and on the basis of implementing provisions to this Act, the Tariff for electricity of the seller, the Tariff for electricity distribution services of the relevant Distribution System Operator (DSO Tariff), the Distribution Network Operation and Operation Manual (IRiESD) and in accordance with other generally applicable laws.
