VKT invites to open tender competition for awarding av framework agreements for transport of school students and others by taxi/shuttle/minibus, called Facilitated school transport and Flexi routes. Facilitated school transport in this context is school transport for able-bodied and disabled students who cannot use the bus, or lack bus services. Flexi routes are part of the regular public transport provision, and is specifically designed for travellers who cannot use the bus or lack bus services. VKT aims to enter into framework agreements for Facilitated school transport and Flexi routes for transport in and to/from 16 geographical areas/municipalities in Telemark.
