The construction project involves the general renovation of the listed Valentin-Ickelsamer-Mittelschule in

Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Dinkelsbühler Straße 3. The renovation of the building is taking place in an unused state, the execution is carried out in one go.

The building is divided into three floors, the division takes place as staggered floors with partial basements. It will be completely renovated in accordance with contemporary energy, functional, fire and sound insulation requirements.

The load-bearing concept of the existing building will largely not be changed. Conversion or new construction measures are carried out locally
