Purpose of the intended measure: fire protection measures

Cost limit: approx. EUR 4 035 000.00 (gross)

The state of Lower Saxony intends to implement the fire protection requirements for the relevant office buildings. The planned fire protection measure will be divided into several construction phases and will be carried out during operation. The use of the courtrooms is to be guaranteed in part. Discontinuous planning processes due to binding appointments and possible interruptions must be scheduled.

Building project planning: The service profile includes according to Part 3, Section 1 §§ 33-35 HOAI 2013 the basic services of LPH 3 and 5 to 9.

Construction work of the state of Lower Saxony; Large new building, conversion and extension, authority center Stade VII (W.-Kirchhof).

Allocation of planning services acc. HOAI 2013, part 3 property planning, section 1 buildings and interiors, sections 33-35 HOAI 2013, full range of services in service phases 3 and 5 to 9 i. V. with RBBau / RLBau Appendix VM 2/1.

Step assignment depending on compliance with the budget, the award of the construction contract.

And the provision of the necessary budget.

Division of levels:

- 1st performance level: performance phase 3,

- 2nd performance level: performance phase 5-7,

- 3rd performance level: performance phase 8,

- 4th performance level: Performance phase 9.

Specialist plans (e.g. technical equipment and TWPL) are assigned separately.

Remuneration takes place according to fee zone IV minimum rate. A conversion surcharge of 25.0% is planned.
