The subject matter of the services are services that are based on the service profile "Project Management" according to the AHO Commission "Project Control/Project Management" (as of May 2014) for the field of technical building equipment, which is divided into 5 project stages and five areas of action, for the section-by-section demolition and new construction of the State Vocational School I Bayreuth.
The City of Bayreuth has decided to demolish and rebuild the State Vocational School I Bayreuth with the Technical School for Automotive Engineering and Electromobility in 3 construction phases while the school is still in operation. The demolition of the first construction phase has already taken place.
The current vocational school is currently attended by about 2,200 vocational school students. At the same time, about 800 students are always present due to the block lessons. There are about 80 teachers working at the school.
Total costs (KG200-700): gross € 132 million.
The space requirement of approx. 10,000 m² HNF includes the following specialist, administrative and common areas:
-metal technology,
-Electrical engineering
-University school and seminary school,
-Mechatronics
-Automotive Engineering + Technical School,
-Construction technology (construction, wood, paint),
-Information and communication technology,
-Photography
-Vocational preparation,
-Teaching and administrative areas,
-common areas (auditorium, café, silentium, etc.),
-Playground and outdoor docking (incl. parking spaces, charging stations for e-vehicles)
The client intends to commission service levels 3 to 5 for "project management" in accordance with the AHO commission "Project Control/Project Management" (as of May 2014) for the field of technical building equipment. The assignment is carried out in stages, divided according to individual performance levels. With the completion of the VgV procedure, initially only service levels 3 to 5 will be commissioned for the 1st construction phase. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all service stages/construction phases. Likewise, there is no legal entitlement to further commissioning after the first performance stages have been performed. The completion of LS 5 for the 1st construction phase is expected in 2026, the completion of LS 5 for the overall completion (end of 3rd construction phase) is expected in 2029.
