The skiing machine must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and decrees, and regulations issued by the authorities in terms of construction, equipment and safety, among other things.

The skiing machine must meet the technical characteristics and equipment specified in the tender documents.

A prerequisite for the acquisition is that the skiing machine owned by the City of Jämsä is transferred to a supplier in exchange.
