The purchase is not divided into parts. The supplier must submit an offer to all the specified

services and their quantity.

The method of calculating the price of the purchase agreement is a fixed fee. Services to be purchased

the quantities shall be determined by indicating the maximum amount of funds allocated for the purchase of the services in question. Annex 3 "Technical specification" to the tender specifications refers to the preliminary comparative services

quantities will only be used in the evaluation of tenders and will not be considered to the maximum. Purchase agreement

the quantities of services purchased during the performance process, as well as the price of the contract of sale to which the contracting authority

the organization will have to pay the supplier, depends on the actual orders, i.e. the services purchased

quantities may not exceed the maximum amount of funds, but buy out services for a smaller amount

the contracting authority may.

The object of this purchase is pathology research services. Services

the list is set out in Annex 3 to the tender specifications, entitled 'Technical specification'. The quality of service must

comply with the quality of pathology tests approved by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Lithuania

description of requirements and other legal acts, as well as other technical conditions, standards or other regulatory acts imposed on the service group.
