Rental and maintenance of flat linen for 505 beds (three sites) for the period from 1.9.2021 to 31.8.2025.

The market will focus on:

- rental and maintenance of linen (pillow, pillowcase, eiderdown, duvet cover, fitted sheet and sheet) for the three nursing and care homes managed by the CPAS;

- only the linen registered in the inventory of this contract will be treated.

The term “treatment” is understood to mean overall care of the laundry from its use to its recovery for subsequent use;

- the automatic replacement of items whose comfort and presentation characteristics are no longer satisfactory;

- counting of items during pickup;

- the provision of equipment for the collection and storage of soiled linen, as well as for the delivery of clean linen.

The contract may be terminated under the legal conditions specified in the point “Failure to perform and sanction”.

The company constitutes a price schedule market (stock market).

The quantities included in this contract are provided for information only, so suppliers will not be entitled to any compensation if these quantities were not reached.
