Electricity supply for 2024 for AGH University of Science and Technology, University of Agriculture in Krakow, Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow and Pontifical University of John Paul II in Krakow

The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (hereinafter: PE) by the AGH University of Science and Technology, the University of Agriculture, the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow and the Pontifical University of John Paul II in Krakow, to electricity collection points. This order does not include electricity distribution services.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including locations and description of electricity collection points, is included in the annex to the SWZ constituting an integral part of this Terms of Reference.
