This consultation is launched according to the open call for tenders procedure pursuant to Articles L.2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the CCP. The services will be the subject of a framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-4, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the CCP, and concluded without a minimum quantity and with a maximum quantity of HL 1,840 over the overall duration of the framework agreement in the event of renewal. Free variants are not allowed
