The subject of the contract is a service within the meaning of art. 2 point 10 of the Act of 29.1.2004 Public Procurement Law (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1986, as amended) consisting in insurance coverage in the scope of:
1) tort and third party liability insurance for owning property and business (voluntary insurance, compulsory insurance resulting from acts);
2) insurance of the liability of members of the company's authorities (Ordering Party) - D&Q;
3) property insurance: buildings and structures, fixed assets (all machines, devices, equipment, other property), electronic equipment, cash and other securities.
Insurance of civil liability, civil liability (compulsory) of entities authorized to carry out service activities in the field of bookkeeping, property of the Employer and property managed by the Employer, managed / administered by the Employer of unresolved premises in housing communities and housing cooperatives, accident insurance (Accident insurance), vehicle insurance in the scope of liability insurance / AC / accident and property under option law as a future investment.
Task No. 1 (in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the ToR) - includes insurance in the scope of:
- civil liability,
- civil liability (mandatory) of entities authorized to perform service activities in the field of bookkeeping,
- the Employer's property and the property which the Employer manages / administers,
- property under option right as a future investment,
- unoccupied premises managed / administered by the Employer in housing communities and housing cooperatives,
- accident liability of persons providing non-cash benefits,
- vehicle insurance: OC / AC / NNW.
* Description of the option right:
The contracting authority assumes (envisages) exercising the option right consisting in the option of insuring the construction and assembly risks under clause 38 of Annex 6A to the general insurance contract (Annex 8A to the Terms of Reference).
* Estimated value:
- existing property: PLN 25,000,000.00,
- contracts implemented during the insurance period: PLN 10,000,000.00.
Task No. 2 (in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the ToR):
- liability insurance for members of the company's bodies (Employer).
